We produce pre-shaped padding components, developed according to model and size, with down filling. A wide range of down and feathers is available to the client. All feathers are strictly washed and sterilized in compliance with legal regulations before being used in production.

In recent seasons, in addition to the classic nylon or polyester fabrics used for the internal down bag—traditionally available in white and black—we have responded to customer needs with an appreciated innovation: down-proof fabrics available in a wide range of colors (over 70 variants), which do not require an internal bag and can be directly injected with down.
